As a Professor of Marketing, Richa has more than 15 years of academic, research, institutional and administration expertise. Her experience spans four universities and multiple local and international institutions, boards and task teams. Her professional involvement in institutions is defined by the contest of ideas; their translation into actionable initiatives and building up of institutions.
She has held posts for several premier national and international organisations such as the Symbiosis International University and University of Seychelles.
Richa has served on many advisory committees and panels sponsored by governmental and professional organisations. She was the principal investigator in two research projects funded by CSIR and AICTE and co-investigator for several UGC-sponsored projects.
Dr Arora has published two books on marketing, 11 papers in international journals, 15 papers in national journals and edited three books.
